3天2夜排毒营at Selesa Hill

这是我们第三届的健康自然排毒营了。
讲是排毒营拉，其实是去玩多一点，回来后又可以健康一点。一举两得。
所以，星期五晚上，我们大家放工了，就各自迈向我们的营地Selesa Hill Home。

是可以一个清静得好地方。
晚上还有一大堆蝉叫声啦。

很健康吧。
我们3天里面所喝的分量也许可以等于我们整个月吃的了。

This is our 工作人员reach the place early and is our juice.
Many tpe of bottle. The 'ketchup' bottle is mine. =p

Ok. Our games started on time.
This 3 guys is our games organiser.
Their games really very syok and funny.
You see their face and laugh, you know lor~~ =D

Morning exercise time~~

My mother is teaching warm up and simple Qi Gong~~
Many youngster cannot do it, haha... bones stuck.

Afternoon, we going to water fall and play.

Yeah!! Climb up to the hill.

If you want, you can join our yoga beginner class.

Just so ngam, got a yoga teacher with us to detox.

So she teach us, thank to her.

Carol is the very funny girl.

She keeps make me laugh!!

Coz she so suffer...haha. Carol, exercise more oh.

Eh!! Wrong style la, ur leg... careful his...

Erm...this two girls are very expert.

At night, we will have a class to tell u how to take care of ur health.

Three of us have different character and style and 强项。

So we are 'managing director', 'PR', 'Finance manager'.

Anyway, we are having a happy detox. ! Yei!!
